Division 03 — Soil Fertility & Farm Inputs
The ground decides everything above it.
মাটি বাঁচলে ফসল বাঁচে — মাটিই সব শুরুর শুরু।
We connect fertilizer chemistry, micronutrients, livestock nutrition and seed care
from the plants and ports that make them to the importers, blenders and dealer networks that
feed the world's fields — as a sourcing agent, never a stockist. You bring the requirement;
we find the maker, verify the goods, and stand in the middle so neither side can be bypassed.
Every trade this division makes ends the same way: in a farmer's hands, in the ground.
How this division works
A sourcing agent, not a warehouse
Aniruddha Global Trading holds no inventory and risks no capital on stock. We work
made-to-order: a confirmed buyer requirement goes to a verified producer, and the goods move
directly from maker to buyer. The buyer is always the Importer of Record and
clears customs in their own name.
Requirement
You send the product, spec, quantity and destination. We confirm it is a line this house will touch.
Deposit
The buyer places a deposit against a pro-forma. Nothing is produced or shipped on promises.
Production
The maker produces or assembles to the agreed specification and packing.
Inspection
Goods are checked against spec — analysis, moisture, packing — before the balance falls due.
Balance & ship
Balance is paid, documents move, and the cargo ships to the buyer's port.
Our pay is one transparent commission — the trade's usual 5–10% of FOB value — agreed in
writing before anything moves. No hidden margins on the product, no second price list.
Whoever pays the commission, both sides see the same number.
Why soil, why now
Demand that outlives every fashion
Fertilizer is not a trend. Crops remove nutrients from the ground every single season,
and the ground must be fed back or yields fall. That cycle has run for ten thousand years —
and Asia, where this house is rooted, sits at the centre of it.
+50%
More food, feed and fibre the world will need by 2050 than in 2012 — the FAO's projection, and the demand curve every fertilizer season climbs.
10.3bn
Where world population is heading by the mid-2080s, up from 8.2 billion in 2024 — more mouths fed from the same farmland (UN population estimates).
~70%
Of the world's phosphate rock reserves sit in Morocco, under OCP — one supply anchor every phosphate buyer must plan around.
100+ yrs
SSP has fed fields for over a century; FCO-listed staple blends have held their shelf through every subsidy regime and price spike since. Staples outlast fashions.
The climb ahead: food, feed & fibre demand
The trade this division serves grows with that curve: more food, feed and fibre
demanded from finite farmland means the nutrients crops remove must be replaced, season after
season — supplied to South and Southeast Asian importers, blenders and dealer networks, with
supply lines reaching back to Moroccan phosphate, Chinese specialty chemistry and regional
gas-based nitrogen.
The last mile of every contract: a farmer, a field, and a product that has to perform.
$1.83 bn
Bangladesh's fertilizer import bill in FY2024–25 (Bangladesh Bank) — the home market where this house is rooted, and a standing reminder that even a farming nation buys much of its soil fertility across borders.
Sources: FAO, The Future of Food and Agriculture (global demand for food, feed and fibre projected roughly 50% higher by 2050 than in 2012); UN World Population Prospects (8.2 billion people in 2024, rising toward a peak near 10.3 billion in the mid-2080s); Bangladesh Bank (fertilizer imports, FY2024–25); OCP reserve reporting (Morocco's share of world phosphate rock reserves). The trade
Six product families
Specialty and staple lines that move every season, sourced from producers in China,
India, Morocco-linked supply and the region itself — matched to importers, blenders and dealer
networks who buy on specification, not on brochures.
Family 01
Plant growth regulators
The fine-tuning chemistry of modern cropping — fruit set, ripening, lodging control and stress management for orchards and field crops, plus the registered combination packs blenders build around them.
NAA
DA-6
Uniconazole
Combination packs
Family 02
Iron micronutrients
Chelated iron that stays available in alkaline and calcareous soils where ordinary iron locks up — the difference between a green crop and a yellow one.
EDDHA chelates
Chelated iron
Fe-EDTA
Micronutrient mixes
Family 03
Livestock nutrition
Ruminant-first nutrition for dairy and beef herds — energy and mineral lines blended for tropical feeding conditions.
Bypass fat
Mineral blends
Ruminant premix
Buffer & yeast lines
Family 04
FCO-listed blends
The staple shelf: registered NPK blends and SSP-based formulations that carry the volume of the trade and survive every policy cycle.

Bio-stimulants & humic acids
Soil biology and root-zone chemistry — the fastest-growing shelf in the input store as farmers chase yield per litre of water.
Humic acids
Fulvic acids
Seaweed extracts
Amino-acid lines
Family 06
Seed treatment & soil conditioners
Protection before the seed even germinates, and structure work on tired soils — the quiet inputs that decide a stand of crop.

Four trades this division runs, with the arithmetic open on the table. Move the
sliders, set your own price, and see the trade value and the house's commission band — the same
5–10% of FOB the trade has always paid its agents. Indicative prices are starting points only;
type in a live quote and the numbers follow.
Nitrogen trade — summary
RouteSeaborne import, bulk vessel
Trade value (FOB)—
House commission, 5–10%—
Imported urea prices swing with gas markets and tender seasons — the commission band moves with the cargo, never against the buyer.
Phosphate trade — summary
RouteJorf Lasfar / Casablanca → buyer port
Trade value (FOB)—
House commission, 5–10%—
With ~70% of world phosphate reserves in Morocco, rock supply is a planning decision, not a spot gamble. DAP from China prices faster and ships faster — choose per season.
Feed ingredient trade — summary

Trade value (FOB)—
Per-tonne commission—
House commission, 5–10%—
Feed volumes repeat monthly, not seasonally — a single mill relationship can out-earn a one-off fertilizer vessel across a year.

Annualised volume—
Reading—
Above roughly four weeks of cover, a plant is out-running its dealer shelf and needs new territory or export — that conversation is exactly this division's job.
Partnership & rules
The house rules, in the open
Fertilizer is a regulated, subsidised, politically watched trade in most of Asia.
These rules are not fine print — they are why buyers and makers can trust a one-office house
with vessel-sized orders.
— Terms
Buyer is Importer of Record and clears customs in their own name
Deposit against pro-forma, balance after inspection, before shipment
One commission — 5–10% of FOB — agreed in writing before production
Specification, packing and analysis method fixed in the contract, not by chat
Neither side is introduced around the house on a live trade
— Limits
No product moves without its FCO / regulatory listing in the destination market
No unregistered blends, no relabelled grades, no off-spec cargo
Dealer channels are respected — we never sell around a maker's own network
No government tenders: this house trades commercially, not politically
No dual-use or restricted chemistry, in this division or any other
— Verification
Producer confirmed from their own published channels before any quote
Certificate of analysis checked against the contracted specification
Pre-shipment inspection of quantity, moisture and packing
Registration documents sighted for every regulated product
Both sides see the same numbers: value, commission, documents
শিকড় যত গভীর, গাছ তত শক্ত।
Bring us a requirement, or a product looking for its market
Makers with export-ready farm inputs, and importers, blenders and dealer networks buying on
specification — one email starts the conversation. State the product, the spec and the volume;
we reply with whether the house can carry it, and on what terms.
Tell this desk what you need. Your brief lands directly on the desk’s email with an order reference — we come back with specification questions and a written quotation. No catalogue prices and no surprises: every order is made to order and quoted per specification.
How payment works — the trade way
1 · QuotationYour order is priced per specification and sent as a written proforma invoice.
2 · DepositProduction starts against a deposit by bank wire or letter of credit.
3 · ProductionMade to order, with inspection and documents shared with you as it moves.
4 · Balance & shipBalance before shipment. You import as Importer of Record; we coordinate the rest.
This house takes no card payments on the website. Trade orders settle by bank transfer or letter of credit against invoice — the way serious cargo has always moved.
